In my lessons I intend to be responsive to my tutees, identifying locations of both strength and weak point as well as adapting the speed, mode and method of the sessions as necessary. Throughout my learning of maths I have always felt that I involve the most with the topic via doing many example issues, so I would put a high value on this technique to learning in my sessions. I will review the previous week's material at the beginning of each session to guarantee a strong understanding and to build confidence for the tutees as they move forward.

I will endeavour to eliminate any type of reluctance or anxiety when approaching 'bigger' problems, whether in length or complexity of their content, by revealing logical ways to break down the problem into little sections which are much easier to tackle, before developing to a full, thorough solution.

I can ensure that I will be tolerant as well as motivating in all of my communication with tutees. I would enjoy to not just broaden my students' knowledge however also, with the fulfillment of their progress as well as success, see them expand an interest to Mathematics as I have.
